Kickin' It with K14KQ

Kickin It with K14KQ is this year's name of our show. The first semester was produced by 12 students in the 6th Period Computer Applications classes. Students are learning video editing, script writing, story boarding, how to use cameras, lighting, switches and teleprompters. Students are also learning how to write and produce short news packages. This year students had six weeks to
produce six live 15 minute shows in 6 weeks. So far so good and each week showing progress.

1st Live Show of the Year
It has taken a while to get productions back on track. This year, one of the Computer Applications classes took on the challenge of producing a live show for the community. In just three weeks time, students learned the basics of producing a live show and this is the result of their efforts. Congratulations 6th Period! Their challenge is to produce 5 more shoes in 5 weeks.

2nd Live Show of the Year
Despite the few glitches in our second show, students are improving their production.
